Shipping Information

Shipping Costs in Germany start at 3.95 € including Tracking.
International Shipping start at 8.95 €

The shipping cost calculation is only available if there are items in the shopping basket. If there are several items, the system always automatically calculates the combined shipping costs.

Incoming orders from Monday to Thursday are processed and made ready for shipping within 24 hours. Orders that reach us from Friday to Sunday will been shipped on the following working day. Exceptions are always public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times or you NOT want your purchased goods to be shipped immediately, we can organize combined shipping at a later date.

However, you must expressly inform us with a note in "Comments" when completing the purchase, otherwise the shipment will automatically take place immediately upon availability or corresponding receipt of payment.

General: As soon as the parcel/letter has been handed over to the delivery service, we have no influence on the duration of the further transport. As a rule, shipments are delivered within 1 week within Europe and 2-4 weeks worldwide.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been transferred to the shipping company and your selected shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a corresponding tracking number from the shipping company.

The respective parcel service from your country offers you a shipment tracking system on its homepage. Use the service and see where your delivery is or when it is expected to arrive.
